Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or submitting bids on bidyourgame.lol (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Pay-to-Rank Mechanic

bidyourgame.lol provides a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for mobile video games available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Rank position on the leaderboard is strictly determined by the cumulative dollar amount paid in support of a given store URL.

No Guaranteed Retention of Rank: Placing a bid grants your game a leaderboard rank corresponding to the bid at that precise time. If other users subsequently submit higher bids for other games, your game will naturally be displaced downward. You are not purchasing permanent advertising space or a perpetual rank guarantee.

3. Payments, Pricing & Non-Refundability

Minimum Bid: New listings require a minimum bid of $5.00 USD. Existing listings may be incrementally raised by a minimum of $1.00 USD.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party Merchant of Record, Pocketsflow (pocketsflow.com). By transacting, you agree to Pocketsflow’s terms and compliance policies.
All Sales Are Final: Because rank positions and visibility are applied immediately upon payment verification, all transactions are non-refundable. Getting outbid by another user does not entitle you to a refund, chargeback, or credit.

4. Permissible URLs & Content Guidelines

Only valid URLs pointing to authentic games on apps.apple.com and play.google.com are accepted.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without refund, to remove or delist any store URL that:

Promotes malicious software, scams, malware, or phishing campaigns.
Contains illegal content, hate speech, or harassment.
Infringes upon third-party intellectual property or misrepresents ownership.

5. Intellectual Property & Store Disclaimers

bidyourgame.lol is an independent community discovery experiment and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

App icons, names, and trademarks belong solely to their respective developers and store platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall bidyourgame.lol, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, service downtime, ranking fluctuations, or payment gateway interruptions.
